- Adequate oversight of genetically engineered crops by federal and state government, to ensure public and environment safety
- Health testing of the effects of exposure to genetically modified foods must be required and monitored
- Clear recourse for farmers and gardeners whose crops are contaminated by genetically engineered pollen or seeds
- Labeling is required for foods, seeds and rootstock
- Prevent contamination of crops, gardens, wildlife and ecosystems by ensuring appropriate safeguards
